During our consultation, we review recent comparable home sales, pricing strategy, and your customized marketing plan, then walk through your home so I can refine recommendations. Once you’re ready to move forward, we complete onboarding and listing paperwork, making sure you feel informed, supported, and confident heading into the next stage.
3Preparing Your Home to Show Beautifully
After onboarding, my home stager visits to offer thoughtful recommendations tailored to your space. You’ll receive a clear punch list outlining next steps, and I’m here to guide you through every decision so your home feels truly market-ready and positioned to make a strong first impression.
4Photography, Marketing & Launch
Once your home is ready, we arrange professional photography and video, confirm your listing date, and prepare your full marketing package. Your home is introduced to the market with a polished, strategic launch designed to attract qualified buyers.
5Showings, Feedback & Negotiation
I coordinate showings and open houses, share buyer feedback promptly, and continue strategic marketing to maintain strong visibility. 6Under Contract Through Closing
Once you’re under contract, I manage communication, timelines, and next steps while my transaction coordinator keeps documents organized and on track.
